By accessing evahousing.com or using the Eva Housing WhatsApp assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Eva Housing provides an AI-powered property market-value estimation service delivered via WhatsApp. Users may submit a property listing URL (e.g. from Funda), answer preference questions, and receive an estimated market-value range based on comparable recent sales data.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Eva Housing's estimates are informational only. They do not constitute professional property appraisals, financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Eva Housing is not a licensed real-estate agent or certified appraiser.

Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions including property purchases or bids.

Market-value estimates are based on publicly available data and algorithmic analysis. Actual transaction prices may differ materially. Eva Housing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any estimate provided.

Our service is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any disruption to the WhatsApp platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Eva Housing service are the intellectual property of Eva Housing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eva Housing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eva Housing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
